From November 17 to December 17, 2019, China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) conducted supervisory review and expansion review of newly-tested projects.
In this review, expert team of CNAS conducted an all-round review of the operation system of the testing center in accordance with the requirements of new edition of the system (CNAS-CL01: 2018). At the same time, the expert team went to Shandong Pingyuan Concord Photovoltaic Power Station to conduct on-site assessments of the 14 testing projects that had been accredited and 3 newly-expanded projects. Upon review, the expert team fully affirmed the management and technical capacity of the testing center.
On December 18, 2019, CNAS formally approved the supervision review and expansion review of newly-expanded projects of the testing center, and officially announced the result on its official website on December 24.
Now 17 testing projects of the testing center of CNE have been accredited. Among them, the "outdoor UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) infrared thermal imaging testing (photovoltaic module)", a newly-expanded project, is the first UAV application testing project recognized by CNAS in photovoltaic testing industry. The testing center has also been the country’s first testing organization with the capacity for outdoor UAV infrared thermal imaging testing recognized by CNAS, being a pioneer whose UAV application in photovoltaic testing has won the accreditation of national authority.
