To help the new staff quickly understand the future development plan of Concord New Energy Group (CNE) and the operations of its departments, and promote communication between them, the Human Resources Department of CNE organized the 4th New Staff Training in 2021 from November 18 to 19, 2021.
Gui Kai, Executive Director and Administrative President of CNE, was present and addressed the training. He welcomed the new staff, introduced the development and future trends of the new energy industry, reviewed the development history of CNE, promoted the corporate culture and social responsibility of CNE, and called on the new staff to keep learning, improve their professional competence, and fully leverage their experience and talents to grow with the company.
Following the opening ceremony, the outstanding trainers from CNE's business departments gave lectures, interpreting the corporate culture of CNE. They taught rules, regulations and processes such as the corporate human resources management system, the financial management system and administration, the knowledge of office informatization, the legal affairs management system, the knowledge of engineering management, the knowledge of safety and other professional courses. A total of 27 new staff members attended the training and took a test. The Human Resources Department of CNE will closely follow up the integration of new staff into the company and their growth.
